Software Useage

To learn some basic skills on the Adobe Suite Software I created a range of digipak covers for our album.

I used Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop to create my initial ideas.

ILLUSTRATOR
To begin with I looked at the different tools that are available on the software. Below you can see how I experimented with them.

I went on to use the twirl tool to create backgrounds for one of the initial ideas.

I also used the warp tool to create interesting shapes for another idea.

PHOTOSHOP
I used the Magic Eraser Tool to remove the green screen from the image of the bracelet.

The eyedropper Tool allowed me to choose the correct white colour to brighten the beads of the bracelet, using the Brush Tool.

INDESIGN
I used this to create the layout of each of my designs.

The leading and tracking features on the text section, allowed me to create a neat, perfect logo. The optical setting also allowed the letters to appear seamless.
